UI Law Student Receives Boren Fellowship

Nathan Jackson, a second-year law student at the University of Iowa, has received a 2011-2012 Boren Fellowship to China.  Nathan will study Chinese labor law and language at Xiamen University in Xiamen, China. 

Having worked as a business consultant in Shanghai from 2005 to 2009, Nathan already has a good understanding of Mandarin.  As a Boren Fellow, he plans to focus on developing his use of Chinese legal language and terminology.
