David L. Boren Awards for International Study

Gabriel Gardiner, a student at Penn State enrolled in their Organizational Leadership program, is the recipient of a Boren Scholarship to study in Mozambique. Interested in statistics and economics, Gardiner is using his Boren year to acquire fluency in Portuguese so as to pursue a career advancing economic development in the Lusaphone world.
