Michelle Obama Encourages Students to Study in China
January 19, 2011As part of the "100,000 Strong" Initiative, First Lady Michelle Obama spoke at a forum hosted by Howard University today. She spoke about the importance of studying abroad and urged students to visit China. Following her speech, four students who had studied in China participated in a panel moderated by Ann Stock, the Assistant Secretary of State for Educational and Cultural Affairs, and shared their experiences.
