Boren Fellowship Awarded to MIIS Student

Monterey Institute of International Studies (MIIS) student, Miriam Rayward, was awarded the 2011 Boren Fellowship to study in Israel. The Boren Fellowship will be aiding Miriam in her studies of Arabic and also to do research on the relationship between education and violent conflict.
