Boren Scholarship Awarded to CSUEB Student

California State University, East Bay (CSUEB) student, Roger Rayhbuck, has received a Boren Scholarship to study Swahili. Roger joins other Boren Scholars and Fellows who are participating in the African Languages Initiative  program. Roger, a senior in international studies, has already spent time abroad.
